Meeting called to order 9:21.

President's report: No megaphone yet.

Vice President's report : Remembered Noreascon award certificates but most people were not
here to get them.

Treasurer's report: [not present]

Secretary's report: [not present]

Webmistress - The preview site is ready to publish. It can be adjusted later. 
Web administrator - The web server is down for equipment upgrade. Should be back soon.

Newsletter - Dina? says "Mara has software but she isn't here to report".

Minutes of previous meeting approved as published.

Old Business:

Arisia table - Dina is stuck in the dealer's room but heard that people were looking at the heads 
and photos. A comment was heard that we need more photos. The table cloth made it and 
Irving's skin is hanging in the ballroom.

Workshop - "Examining Underwear" [historical not contemporary] - this needs to be scheduled. 
Dina has space at the mill and it is set up with 8 work stations.

"Hoop Skirts" at the MFA. We need to schedule a trip. Ann says it is a neat but small exhibit.

New Business:

Wendy Huff is deciding whether to take a role in "Dangerous Liaisons" in Vermont. We should 
do a trip, especially if she gets the role.

Dina is willing to do a "Quicky Wings" workshop based on her Goth costume wings.

Wendy won an award at the Goth Beachwear contest - Excellent Makeup and Expression

Congratulations to Arctic Circle who reprised their WorldCon [Noreascon] presentation at Arisia.

Congratuations to Matt and Lise for their Arisia awards - Best Journeyman Workmanship and 
Best Journeyman Recreation - for their "Crocodile and Miss All Sunday" presentation. 

Comment regarding masquerade - make lots of copies of documentation so the judges have a
chance to read it before the masquerade.

Kristen Norwood from Acton came to meeting to see what we were. Welcome Kristen.

Dina has space and new couches. Comment - "Just because you put different fabric on it
doesn't mean you have a new couch".

Dina found cheap pens (50 cents each in quantity of 72) we can imprint and give away. She'll
bring information next time.

Dina has two pre-supporting WorldCon in Glasgow memberships she won't be using. She thinks
they were $125 each. Contact her if you are interested.

Costume Con in Utah. This should be good. Plan to attend.

Dina thanks Alea for the loan of the wand she used with her Goth costume.
